Jordan and Jessie by Cor Verhaegh

Post by André Sommer »

Hi all, here's another track from the CD "Cor Verhaegh and friends" I produced in 1997. This song is called "Jordan and Jessy" written by him. On fiddle Joost van Es and on electric guitar Cor Mutsers. Snaredrum overdub by Martijn Buiter (son of the studio owner) who was around 20 years old at the time, if I remember correctly. All other instruments by yours truly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VKicge-aYyw

Hi Andre
I was attempting to find some information about Cor Verhaegh online but there is very little information available.
I am interested in finding out more information about his life and his time playing the pedal steel.
Did anyone else meet him from the forum or did he perform at steel guitar festivals in Europe?
Thanks
