Will there be anything real?

Post by Paul Strojan »

I saw this YouTube video that showed the Highwaymen being surreptitiously edited. Those guys should be remembered as they were without edit.

Whatever happened to enjoying the performance minus all the experts and how it should sound.
I made a recording about 20 years ago and they "MASTERED" it and added some phony garbage to "MAKE IT SOUND BETTER"......All my, then fans, were not bashful about telling me "It wasn't me" and further stated they liked my natural voice and playing.

Next recording was in a home studio.

You are 100% correct Paul, remember them as they were LIVE

"Wings of Pegasus" (Fil's channel) has some really great videos and commentary. He's spot on with his comments on Willie Nelson's and Kris Kristofferson's pitch-correcrted videos.
