And if you know how or where were you able to find it. Discogs got nothing.

Most likely this:

The song "The Sound You Cry" is on the "Heart Go Wild" album recorded in Nashville ; but the track you hear on the video is from a Film; so most likely they used the track from the Album.
I don't know of Justin Schipper the steel player; but he sounds like local to that whole band that recorded with Caroline.
